Evidence 1.B
c. Promote student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify students’ conceptual understanding and thinking, planning, and creative processes
I regularly have used Google Docs and Google + professionally and in the classroom to aid collaboration, planning and creativity skills.
Evidence 1. C
d. Model collaborative knowledge construction by engaging in learning with students, colleagues, and others in face-to-face and virtual environments
In my experiences as a practicum teacher at Indiana University, students would collaborate through My Big Campus. After completing a Webquest, students would write a summary about the Webquest, and comment on at least two of their peers’ summaries.
